Bringing the gym to the dance floor – this class incorporates a variety of cardio and resistance bringing you the ultimate workout.
Using a range of coloured resistance bands participants have the choice to work at their own level.
For example :
– Yellow – Very Low resistance
– Red – Low resistance
– Green – Medium resistance
– Blue – Substantial resistance
– Black – Heavy resistance
– Orange – VERY Heavy resistance
We target the major muscle groups concentrating on the upper and lower body separately.
Unlike other dance vs resistance classes we have brought together the perfect combination using distraction through the simple routines. Participants are encouraged to partake in the call and response activity giving the session a fun atmosphere whilst eliminating the hard work feeling felt during usual resistance and weight based workouts.
